Credits Based Books (and other Goodies)

Because the logistics of looking back 4-months to stuff is kuh-ray-zee for sending out books, I'm moving to a credits based system for the books.
Gold and platinum members will get books sent to them regardless of when they signed up. By default the books will be whatever the latest issue is. If you want a different book, let me know in advance.
#4 will be shipping soon. I was waiting for the KS to finish up, but now I'm concerned about deliveries (especially since CV19 can live on cardboard for up to 24 hours). TL;DR the books are coming and you'll get #4 unless you've told me otherwise.
