Next Side Trek: Giants! But which kind?

The side treks seem to be pretty popular and they're easy AF to write (I could probably knock one out every day once I hang the day job up).
Next, I want to do something with giants. But I'm not sure which type. I've posted the SRD giants below. Lemme know which one you want to see in a side trek adventure.
