Here's an oldie but a goodie: Kobold Alone a game I made with JDR last year. I've got another release coming tomorrow, but thought this might tide you over in the meantime.

2.5hrs for my 13yr old son and three of his friends. It was a hoot! I changed the Kobold to a juvenile Gnome because as a lover of puns, "Gnome Alone" was too good a suggestion to pass up. They literally split up after struggling to get into the house. Two of them spent 6 rounds on the ice trying to get into the basement while the other two went into the kitchen. I had a common house cat come out of the cat door and the party used three spells and a special attack to dispatch the pet after getting the crap scratched out of them and alerting Kevin to the break-in. One player headed off Kevin at the treehouse and ultimately killed him with falling damage while another chased Kevin through the house with the blow-torch and set the house on fire. The other two never got out of the basement. They found the nested chest "trap" and nearly killed each other fighting over the final, tiny silver chest. The conscious player opened the prize to find a single copper coin and a note from Kevin, "Keep the change ya filthy animal!" The party escaped while the McCallister manor burned to the ground and poor Kevin lay dead at the foot of his tree-house.
