Gemini Sword | New Magic Weapon

My request kick continues with the following: 

  ... a magic weapon that would be a gift from a deity of a monsters for my tiefling hexblade. Maybe its a short or long sword that can be split into two swords, also when it makes contact with an enemy and deals damage it forces some sort of insanity onto them for a round. 

Sounds pretty straight forward!

Gemini Sword

Weapon (longsword or greatsword), rare (requires attunement)

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. In addition, if you score a hit against a creature with the weapon it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) or become confused for 1 minute.  A creature immune to being charmed automatically passes its saving throw.

While the target is confused, the creature can't communicate, it can't take reactions, and it must roll a d10 at the start of each of its turns to determine its behavior for that turn.

d10 - Behavior

1 - The creature uses all its movement to move in a random direction. To determine the direction, roll a d8 and assign a direction to each die face. The creature doesn't take an aciton this turn.

2-6 - The creature doesn't move or take actions this turn.

7-8 - The creature uses its action to make a melee attack against a randomly determined creature within its reach. If there is no creature within its reach, the creature doe snothing this turn.

9-10 - The creature can act and move normally.

At the end of each of its turns, an affected target can make a Wisdom saving throw. If it succeeds, the effect ends for the target. A creature that succeeds on its saving throw or the effect ends for it is immune to the confusion effect caused by your weapon for 24 hours. 

As a bonus action, you can speak a command word to split your sword into two short swords. Attack and damage rolls made with each short sword are also at +1, but they do not cause the confusion effect.
