This black wand is created through the joint efforts of evil clerics and high level necromancers. This wand has 7 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at midnight. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand shatters, turning into bits of broken bone.
Animate Dead. While holding the wand, you can use an action to expend 2 charges to cast animate dead.
Bone Volley. While holding the wand, you can use an action to expend 1 charge to fire a volley of sharp bone shardes in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 4d6 magical piercing damage on a failed saving throw, or half as much damage on a successful one
