[Gods of Wandrossa] Quick edit to settlements

When updating the log this morning, I noticed that I made a mistake: Eltun should have 3 available temple spots instead of 1.
Edit: looks like I screwed up in Gorkil, too. It should've had 1. So instead of bumping its temple levels, I adjusted its population accordingly. For those settling Gorkil, you might want to check it out.
Edit Again: Gah... one more f-up. Looks like Olyggthorp was also supposed to be slightly bigger. So I bumped up its population, too. I swear this is the last one. LOL
