Alpha 9.2 - even more bugfixes

Hello my valued patrons. In the last few releases more and more bugs made their way into MMM. Some of them were especially hard, crashes at the startup or the cardboard versions not being in cardboard VR. Well, as it seems Unity introduced those and I just didn't notice soon enough. 

So, I could successfully downgrade the project to an earlier version of Unity which fixed those problems. I also started to do some testing of the final binaries on different devices to see if everything still works.

On another note I started to support Daydream again, although the controller is only used to press the button, no aiming or anything more sophisticated.

Thank you for your work on this. I've already come up with some promising EH ideas using the flashing text and a flood of images. I'm looking forward to when the ability to have control over the text font and color (as implied by some of the tech tests) becomes a reality. Also, I love the transparent pictures. They make their presence felt but not as obviously as the solid ones in the earlier test.

Thank you for all the hard work. At the moment I will not be able to use anything but the android cardboard version due to time constraints and a few hardware failures. In the coming weeks I may be able to help with testing on the Windows 2D, Windows VR, Android Cardboard, Android 2D, Gear VR, Mac 2D, Mac VR, and linux 2D. As well as all versions of the session maker. Let me know if you are interested and I can get back to you when I'm ready with a list of hardware I can test on.
