Current Project: Sabrina's coat!

I wanted to put a couple of the teenage witch's cute outfits together for the spooky season! I have her cheerleader uniform and an edgy outfit ready to go, but I wanted to actually sew something too.

I have always loved the red swing coat Sabrina wears often in the series and kept trying to find something like it. I even asked a friend to make it... Last month, I found a sewing pattern on Ebay and finally decided just to attempt it myself! Now, it may seem like a simple project compared to the crazy cosplays I have made, but it actually requires me to do a lot of things I have never done before. The armpits are already proving to be a challenge...

In my recent streams, I first used some scrap fabric to quickly test the fit and then started cutting out the Good Fabric. I am so happy to stay motivated, and I thank everyone who tuned in for keeping me focused with their company. Wish me luck with the real construction!

(And yes, I do intend to actually finish Megumi and Lenore... -nervous laugh-)
