Update: Patreon "paused" for June

Hello, dahrlinks!

Some of you may have seen an email that I have "paused" my Patreon for the month. This means you will not be charged today or at any time this month. The reason I have decided this is because - due to a combination of things - I have gotten very slow with my content uploads. You guys deserve much better!

One major factor is the fact that all cons are cancelled this summer, and most likely for the rest of the year. The earliest convention I hope to attend is in November, and even it has been preparing for a possible cancellation. I work best under pressure with deadlines, so having no cons to prepare for means my flow of sewing progress has trickled down to a slow drip.

I am still working, but from home. Obviously I still have extra time (later bed time, no bus rides, no social engagements, etc.), but it hasn't led to much. I am sure many of you share or at least understand the feelings of distraction, lethargy, loneliness, depression, and frustration that many people are experiencing right now. That includes me.

Every time I try to focus on the tasks I need to accomplish - fan signs, print/letter mail, pillows, and the ACTUAL COSPLAY SEWING, I remember how I need to take more photos for you guys as well, and everything just gets bogged down in despair.

I am going to use this time to get caught up on those things - or at least cut down the list significantly. My Patreon won't be dead - I will still share occasional content, including the PROMISED ELASTIGIRL BOOTY - but it will be much more quiet this month. I will still answer any messages and, as always, use Snapchat and Discord.

I will give warning toward the end of the month about whether or not I will unpause it for July.

One last thing! I am considering a special print promotion with 100% of profit going to a #BlackLivesMatter-related charity once I figure out the best one. Does anyone have a suggestion?
