I submitted this design to the competition, so I made a version with a skirt, where the design turned out to be closed. But there is also a version with a bodysuit.

White elements - satin, jacquard, biflex, leatherette, etc.
Blue elements (sleeve, stocking, stripe on the bodysuit) - these elements were conceived from a shiny fabric with sequins, but you can use any you like.

The wings can be made by imitation or by the real feathers (I think this option will also look good)

The main thing in this design is more sequins, lace, rhinestones and beads hehe

For art, I painted the back skirt and veil very long so that it looked beautiful in art. But in cosplay, you can make the length shorter as you like. How, for example, I depicted on concept art.
