Nova’s Experiments – Your Turn

Instead of coming up with everything myself, I’d like to base it on your questions about the mechanics, abilities, and interactions in this world.
Is there something you’ve been wondering about?
A weird interaction between abilities?
A “what if” scenario?
For now, this will be lab girls only. No Ivy or Rose yet - their abilities will properly appear in upcoming chapters, so I don’t want to reveal or break anything early. We’ll stick to the current lab cast for these tests.
I can’t promise I’ll be able to cover everything, and some very complex concepts might be hard to execute visually, but I’ll try to pick the most interesting ones and turn them into small experimental scenes.
So feel free to ask.

2026-02-27 22:17:14 +0000 UTCI don't know if this ability will be interesting, but after merging with nova or liquid metal, the character will have the ability to create copies, losing part of their mass, which are controlled by the mind. The copies can fuse with other characters, after which partial control over the copy is lost.

2026-02-20 03:48:08 +0000 UTCWhat you’re describing is actually pretty close to Ruby’s current ability. She can reshape her body as long as she has enough mass to work with. I’m planning to do a separate set of mini-comics focused on Ruby just playing around with that in everyday situations.

Being to lazy to get up and grap a certain metalic thing, then just using the ability to zap it to her. Possibly losing control, a bunch of scrap flying into her, the liquid body absorbing the scraps causing expansion.

She's liquid metal rather than slime so she probably just sinks like a rock, but will she uncontrollably discharge her stored electricity? Also, what if a person wearing a liquid metal suit is submerged in water? -What happens if Ruby or Sylvia when turned to slime combine with Nova and absorb water to increase their mass, or if they get submerged while a slime and while combined with Nova? -What happens if Ruby or Sylvia when turned to slime are subjected to very high or very low temperature? Will they evaporate or freeze solid?
