kultra successful test
Added 2019-05-02 16:38:01 +0000 UTCI've always wondered what KULTRA would be successfully implemeneted. this was more of an initial sketch in which captain jade "volunteers" one of her own sergeants to try the serum. as shown above, it creates massive musclebound behemoths. perhaps down the line, this concept can be impleneted into a short story of how it came to be....after the first KULTRA story obviously
