[Update] Halloween Coms announcement

If you're wanting a commission, let me know in my DM's here or on twitter on the day. And please include if you are entitled to patreon discount. ( discounts won't stack fully, but the discount will increase slightly if patrons of discount tier get a commission with a Halloween themed or including Cthulhette)
