How are you there? I'm working on month rewards so the previews will be posted soon ^^
Sorry for my absence last week it was "health's time". After 4 months of wearing ortheses, taking pill and etc. I finally can walk without them! My knee muscles are weak and now it's time for rehabilitation so they get used to the load. And now I have orthopedic insoles x)
But the picture isn't as bad as I thought. I still won't be able to run and jump as before but I can walk normally at least. Just take pills sometimes.

Yeah! It's a pity I can't run as before but at least I don't need ortheses forever. Maybe sometimes if it's getting worse. I hope it won't :)
