Access to my private Discord server

when renovating the Tiers, I found out Patreon supports Discord servers so i made one specifically for everyone here to chat together and have a live line of communication with me.
I just don't know how the people who have pledged before this feature was implemented can access the link which provides their teir specific Discord roles. there may be a link or setting to obtain the discord server invite.

I've been looking, I don't see where I would go to access this reward on your Patreon only, so I guess I have to look at the FAQ.
