For people who want to focus on abstinence, everything you create should be related to denying yourself physical release at my direction, and how that makes you feel.
If you are repeating Locktober, you are free to interpret the best way to incorporate HypNOvember tasks into your Locktober tasks. (And make sure that when asked to choose a word that you do your best to come up with something different to what you've already chosen.)
Today's Challenge
Have you got skin-safe writing implements in your home? Today would be a good day to make sure so that you can be prepared for the weekend. While you're collecting those, be thinking about your favorite words in the cloud, and how you might be asked to use your writing implements. Share three ideas in the #hypnovember channel of my Discord. If you are focusing on denial for HypNOvember then make sure that at least one of your ideas relates to abstinence and denial.
