For people who want to focus on abstinence, everything you create should be related to denying yourself physical release at my direction, and how that makes you feel.
If you are repeating Locktober, you are free to interpret the best way to incorporate HypNOvember tasks into your Locktober tasks. (And make sure that when asked to choose a word that you do your best to come up with something different to what you've already chosen.)
Today's Challenge
You've likely noticed that the words in the cloud are different colors. For the most part this is random, but there are eleven letters that are the same color deliberately that spell out "HYPNOVEMBER". For today's challenge, make a new word that you would like to add to the cloud from similarly shaded colors and share it and why you chose it in the #hypnovember channel of my Discord. If you are focusing on denial for HypNOvember then make sure that the new word you choose relates to abstinence and denial.
