Replacing Tiers 2 and 3

Tier 2
$6 (debating on keeping it at $5 tell me what you think.)

Tier 3
(Originally $15) now $12
All previous rewards!
vote on ideas for future art ...including one shot images featuring character from RE, NSFW art, TF themed artworks and more!
