Joy's office renders get an upgrade (0.3.1 preview)

since Joy doesn't have that many images in the game and a lot of them are quit old and in jpg format, I have decided to give them an update.
All her jpg images will be rerendered, lighting, poses and image composition will be improved as well. With the next update, Joy will get new webp images in 2560x1440 resolution to replace all her old jpg images that were still in 1280x720 resolution.
A couple of new images will be added as well and all her old appointments and events will be reworked.

Joy was telling Daniela she needs a vacation, but what about Joy? She needs some time away from the office/lab herself I'd say. Maybe have Joy and Daniela join MC on the island for a few days for some fun?
