Hi friends! Okay, full disclaimer, I messed up and missed the first 20 minutes of recording. So, as soon as I’m back in town I am going to make a 20/25 minute leg, back, and abs focused video recording to cover the exercises that are missing from this video. You will have it on Friday! It will also be a great “get some movement in” length for times you know you wanna move but just don’t have the time or spoons to take a full hour.
