On my plans to move to California

As a member of the LGBT community whose biological sex, right to healthcare, sexuality AND gender identity are in jeopardy, I cannot make plans to move to the USA in "good faith" that things will be better again in 2023.
I actually think they'll be worse, rather.
I am not cancelling the Transformapalooza. I'm continuing it, but rather than "until june 2023" when I was supposed to move & thus stop working under F1 visa's rules, I'll keep it going perpetually. These past 2 months were the most stable income-wise months I've had, and I want to build upon that. But I will not put myself in danger in a country that is becoming increasingly hostile towards people like me.
