Upcoming Changes!

(As we in diapers know, change isn't always a bad thing. ^_~)

Pudding and I have spent a lot of time and energy building up this Patreon and the sort of... brand that we have.  I've experimented with a lot of different things, like commissions and podcasts and captions and art.  We've been talking for a few weeks about what makes us the happiest and where we want to put our energy.  Pudding and I will both be starting full-time jobs as soon as this quarantine is lifted, and we want to make sure the limited time we have for the ABDL community is something we enjoy.  These were our conclusions:

No more captions.
This is a big one, because I know captions are a big reason why people follow us.  So I'm going to take the time to explain our reasoning.

1.) Captions are honestly not that fun to write.  Pudding feels stifled, like "a world she creates just ends" after a thousand words.  I feel a lot of pressure to "fit the mold" of what people want and what the artist of a picture might want.  We learned when doing commissions that we struggle writing for others, and sometimes it creates sub-par products.  You guys deserve better than that.  (We actually hope to replace captions with small vignettes, where we can tell a short story at our own pace.)

2.) Captions are time consuming, and that is time we could spend writing stories.  It might seem "easy" to write captions versus stories, but it's a lot of mental effort to switch from one caption to the next.  Editing, formatting, tagging, and posting also take time.  We have had way less story-writing the past few months especially and that makes me super sad.

3.) Captions make us a bit uncomfortable?  Obviously we can't get express permission from every artist for every caption we do, though we always make sure to cite the artists.  And pictures get more complicated, because some don't have sources.  Our "way of handling it" hasn't run into any problems, but we've always been a bit awkward about it.  We don't want to do something a content creator wouldn't want.

We will, of course, finish out April's captions!  So if you're part of that tier, please make sure you put in a submission.  Starting with May, the $10 tier will become more of a support tier.  Patrons on that tier and higher will be included in a public thank-you message at the start of all our stories.  I really do implore anyone who is on this tier to consider moving down to a lower tier, unless you just want to support us!  I'll try to get in touch with you each individually on Discord to remind you of these changes.

The Usual Bet & other podcasts.
We have had an extremely positive reception of our podcast 'The Usual Bet'.  A lot of people have written to us saying how it has helped them feel less alone and less negatively about their ABDL side.  Honestly, this means so much to us! >///<  One of the biggest parts of what we do is connecting with people.  We want to find new ways to connect with people too!

We have had some talks of starting a new podcast, where maybe we watch movies together or play a D&D game?  Something fun that we can share.  If this idea comes to fruition, it will appear first on Patreon and The Usual Bet channel, so follow us on iTunes, Spotify, or Google Play.  We are also thinking of a few more podcast-specific rewards on the Patreon?  Unsure on this atm.

Kimmy Pics
We aren't going to have /less/ pictures of Kimmy, but we're removing them from the patreon rewards.  I'm just really bad at putting them up on Patreon and then I feel guilty afterward.  If you want to continue getting your fill of Kimmy-smut, just join the Discord!

Art
I've drawn a handful of arts over the past two months.  I don't take commissions and I only do it when I want to.  Honestly, it's a super fun little hobby I have and I would like to keep this structure for the foreseeable future.  So expect more free art on here and on Discord!

I hope all this isn't too overwhelming. >_< Of course, if you have questions or concerns, please send me a message on Patreon or Discord and I'll be willing to go over anything with you.  Thank you for your endless support and kindness!

tldr; We want our Patreon to be about making cool content we enjoy so we're getting rid of the stuff that we don't like.
