Scarlet Sisters & Scarlet Cheeks

Reimu looked up at the pair of sisters with irritation all over her face.  Her wrists and arms were bound, and the chain around her feet kept her from standing.  But the two vampires - Remilia and Flandre Scarlet - towered over her with evil smiles. "What now, are you going to suck my blood or something?" Reimu taunted. "You two are so cliche!"

"Oh no no! We already ate." Remilia covered her mouth while she giggled as dignified as could be, and her little rainbow-gemmed sister cackled much less elegantly. "Yeah Reimoo, we already ate." And then Remi again. "But something we ate didn't agree with us." "Well yeah but she said that while we were eating her." Flandre contributed, tugging down her skirt.

Reimu looked at the sisters with boredom, until they slipped their skirts down to their ankles.  There, wrapped around their hips, were two very thick... diapers?  But Remilia was 500 years old!  Why would she wear something meant for a baby?! "What do you two have planned?" Reimu said, suddenly a little bit wary.  She didn't expect this... who could have?

"Well we could eat you," Remi began, "but that wouldn't be any fun! Buuut we can't just let you leave, or else Marisa would never let us live it down, she'd say we were soft." she continued. And Flandre's contribution came not from words from her mouth, but from a very muffled... and then less so, audible toot from her diaper.

Remilia leaned in close, so her pointy fangs were only inches from Reimu's ear, and spoke in a quiet whisper. "No, we have a much better plan for you." Reimu watched in awe as the two sisters closed their eyes, balling their hands into fists.  They each bent over, pushing their crinkly asses against the sides of Reimu's heads, and started to grunt.  As the seats of their diapers expanded and sagged between their legs, it was clear what they were doing.  Reimu felt the messy diapers squish against her hair.  Then the room started to smell just as badly as their diapers.  Reimu turned up her nose and shook her head in disgust. "Ew!  You two are so gross!"

"She's never gonna get this smell out of her hair," Flandre giggled, pushing another dose of warm stinky mess into her diaper. "Everyone is gonna know her as the Stinkiest Shrine Maiden," Remilia added. "Even Cirno won't want to go near her anymore, and Cirno is an idiot!" Continued the older Scarlet sister. To the two of them, this was just an ordinary afternoon in the Scarlet Manor.

For hours, they pushed their stinky asses all over the Reimu's face.  Reimu tried to fight them, to scream for help, to escape, but... there was no use.  She fell quiet, with a warm blush on her cheeks.  When the twins finally released her, kicking her into the dirt outside of Scarlet Manor, she looked back at them with shame.  Although she was out in the fresh air, she could only smell the stinkiness of their diapers.
