Why the bloomin' heck was I out here? I was hanging from a... from a tree? Was that what this was? I looked around, I didn't recognize anything, not the leaves, not the sky, not the trees. I giggled as I almost tripped stepping back, and realized there was a rope lashed to the tree suspended across. Was this... was this a playground? I tried to step up and balance, I caught my attention on the wellies on my feet, I giggled more. Who was I...?

"Princess."
She looked up at me with bright, curious eyes. Had it truly worked? She didn't remember anything about who she was before this moment? But the feelings I had helped cultivate were clear and present. She played happily on the tightrope, her nappy fully exposed. It had taken months, but it finally paid off. Ashley West - the bitchy high school cheerleader from years ago - was my helpless little girl.
~~~
"Princess."
I parroted back, giggling as I slipped off the rope, fell, and felt my behind cushion my fall in the leaves with a soft -oof- sound on the ground. Oof! My fingers played over the texture of the crinkling leaves, and my nappy crinkled the same way as I rocked back and forth, getting distracted by the texture and glossiness of my wellies. Easy. Happy. Princess. Me.
~~~
"Come here, darling."
She stumbled to her feet and walked across the crunchy leaves, until she stopped before me. Finally, she listened to me. She obeyed me. But there was still one challenge that lay ahead. I reached down between her legs and stuck my finger in the legband of her dry nappy. I watched the blush form on her cheeks. The embarrassment. That bratty cheerleader in her would never forgive herself for this.
"Time for tinkles," I told her.
~~~
It was time, just like when it rained, when it rained it was time for rain and when it rained that meant there would be...
"Puddles!!" I gleefully giggled, while letting the torrent unleash inside my nappy.
"Puddles wan' puddles!" I kicked my wellingtons, happy, excited, oblivious, and utterly and absolutely adorable.
~~~
"Yes princess, you would have made a puddle! It's a good thing you were wearing a nappy, isn't it?"
She smiled happily and nodded her head.
"Let's take you home and get you changed." I took her by the hand and led her back toward the car.
"We better hurry. Your parents are coming over for tea."
