Moon pouted as I led her through the aquarium. She had just turned ten years old and was eager to go out on her first Pokemon journey. But alas, I wasn't ready to let her. My little girl was still in diapers! I wasn't about to let her go out into the big scary world. No, if she wanted to see Pokemon, we could go to the aquarium.

"Oh Momma oh Momma oh Momma look look -look-!"
I put my face right against the glass where the Popplio was on the other side and bounced up and down on my toes, giggling and cooing through the glass at the adorable little Pokemon.
"Momma, Popplio is gonna be my best first pokemon on my adventure," My tummy cramped and I scooted my hips and feet back to make more space inside of me, hoping the cramp would subside.
"Look how CUTE she is!"

I watched my daughter as she bent over the railing, with her hands to the glass. The dress lifted up and showed the seat of her diaper for the whole aquarium to see. But I wouldn't say anything - no point embarrassing my poor little girl. I smiled warmly as she fawned over the Popplio.
"Yes darling, when you're finally potty trained you can go on any adventure you want to! I promise." Hopefully, though, that wouldn't be for a long, long time.

"Silly Momma, I'm already potty.." I got distracted and giggled at the Popplio making gestures in the water and before I knew it, I'd lost that train of thought. Potty trained? Popplio trainer you mean! I giggled and pushed, grunting a little bit, cause I was SO done being crampy.

Without a second thought, I watched Moon fill the seat of her diaper. She didn't even look away from the tank to do it. When I was sure she was done, and when the Popplio had swam off, I reached forward and patted her diapered behind.
"Well how about we wait a little longer to make sure you're potty trained? Until then, we have the whole aquarium to see."

Maybe Momma was right, maybe it was better if I just saw my Pokemon in the aquarium for now. Not because I wasn't gonna be a good trainer, but because someone had to change my diapers and Momma was WAY too old to be a Pokemon master! Maybe I could wait - maybe by the time I became a trainer, there'd be a hundred new Pokemon nobody had even thought of yet! Oh, was that a Lapras?!
