Little Space [Act 1: The Skippers and the Burning Sky], by Pudding

It's a kinda serious and dark space opera sci-fi story about a girl in a child's body named Cadence Cassandra, who fights aliens and saves mankind. Also she wears diapers and pouts a lot.
I would call this a Little story in terms of it checking certain boxes and dynamics in the whole Little dynamic - Littles, Caregivers, Regression, Imagination, Princess Fantasy, Dolls, etc. But it's not your traditional take on the genre and it won't be for everybody.
This is Act 1 of 4 planned, and I've been posting it chapter by chapter on DD, but my precious Patrons deserve to get it early, too.
