She doesn't exactly have a power to persuade them (although her unshakable confidence can be disarming), and no, not everyone is as accepting as her previous meals, it's just that Vicky has a way of picking girls who are more timid/submissive and thus less likely to make a fuss. It isn't something Vicky does consiously, she is just drawn to those kinds of girls and thinks they look the most tasty :P

Sorry it's taking so long :( I am trying to find ways to improve my workflow while hopefully maintaining the quality but making comics is tough and I have to try to keep up with other things like the stories, sketches, and stand-alone artworks too
