[Story] Overpopulation: A Culling at Evergreen High

In this world, the population is growing at an unsustainable rate, and every so often the government needs to order a 'cull' to keep things under control and stop people from starving.
Just a fun idea I had. If it's popular I might write a second chapter, I have some more ideas for this world.
