Finally, some good news!

After 56 days, Itchio has finally paid me the $1100 they've been holding for the past 2 months. When they terminated my account, I thought for sure they weren't going to pay me, because they changed their TOS and now it states "If you've collected money while in violation of terms, we may be forced to refund or freeze all pending transactions, as accounts that are in violation of our terms are not eligible for payouts."

So, I assumed they weren't going to pay me, especially since they ghosted me for weeks and stopped replying to my tickets. But then someone suggested that I contact an admin in their Itchio Discord server who was helping other creators get paid, and so I reached out to her. Well, 8 days later, I woke up to find my payment had been processed. But that's not all.

She reinstated my original Itchio account.

This is a win, but it's sort of sour grapes because my shop was down for weeks, I lost a lot of revenue, and even now, Itchio isn't operating at full capacity because they disabled Stripe (V/MC) payments on all adult items. But you can still pay with Paypal (for as long as that lasts).

So now I have two Itchio shops. You can use either one. but in all honesty, I am hoping that people will simply start using my website because once everything is completed there, it should be a much smoother shopping experience. You'll be able to sort by kinks, see different categories, and listen to audio previews (something Itchio doesn't offer).
