New! Dropbox Format/Cleanup

My dropbox has been getting a bit out of control lately, with around 200 patrons having their own folders and many of them containing 30 - 50 - 80 recordings each, as you can imagine it adds up to huge storage counts and a bit of a mess to sort through.

**Let me just add that if you have forgotten your dropbox link, or maybe you don't understand how to request Audio rewards or something, please get in contact with me.  The number of Patrons who haven't requested a single recording all year makes me think that perhaps some of you don't understand how this works, and I sincerely want to help you sort that out ASAP!

So if you have a look at your Dropbox folder now, I've done away with the monthly folders (unless you are in the Buffet Tier, then you'll still have a Dec folder because those recordings are still being distributed until the end of the month).  So now, most people's Dropbox folders should look like this:

If you've received any recordings during the year, they have all been neatly zipped up inside the 2018 Downloads folder.  Please, go download that ZIP file now and then comment below to say "Done" so I can delete it.  **Also, download your series folder if you haven't be saving them, because I did not zip those into your Downloads zip, it was only your normal audio requests.)

You'll also have a folder showing how many outstanding audio credits you have left (in this picture, this Patron can still request 8 audio files with his credits).  Once you start making requests, this number will be reduced and the audio file will go into that folder for you to download.

Come January, this is the method I will be using, and everyone's 2018 recordings will be wiped from Dropbox, so make sure that you download them before then.  And please reply below so I know you've done it and can start deleting daily so that my end of year cleanup isn't such a massive task.  Just zipping up everyone's files has taken me 3 days to complete. 

(If you notice I missed your box, please let me know ASAP so I can fix it up... and some of you might not have a Zip file, if you had less than 6 files I didn't bother zipping in some cases because my computer was working triple-time trying to do all of this archiving and sounded like a jet engine! LOL)
