Are you behind on your rewards? Please read this if so...

First let me say that I appreciate every single one of you who decides to make a pledge on my Patreon - whether it's $1 or $50 per month, it's so satisfying to know that you enjoy my audio recordings and want to be a part of my fanbase here!  I go out of my way to make sure that everyone knows how to claim their rewards, has multiple ways to contact me, and am always available to answer your questions or lend a hand.

That being said, my Patreons fall into one of these groups - which one are you?

• Frequent Contact - for one reason or another, we keep in pretty frequent contact.  I hear from you at least once a month (some even more frequently) when you are requesting recordings, offering your feedback and making comments about recordings you've enjoyed, participating in voting polls, turning in scripts to be recorded, chatting on Discord or maybe you even do calls with me on Skype.  Either way, we keep in some sort of frequent contact. 
• Infrequent Contact - sometimes it's a few months before I hear from you, but you always come around eventually to make your reward requests, turn in an overdue script, or comment on something on the Patreon feed.  At least I know you're still alive out there, and that makes me happy! :)
• Checking For A Pulse - Some people make a pledge, I get all excited, and then..... *crickets*.  Do you know that I have had some patrons who have been a member for over a year and have never once made contact at all?  Never requested a single recording... never made a comment... never updated their reward tier that was phased out in 2017?  Many that I have messaged multiple times with zero response.  I don't know if you are just shy, if you don't realize you are still contributing, if you became a buddhist monk with no internet connection, or if your estate is just paying the credit card bills every month and you actually had a stroke while stroking to my first recording.  I worry about you.  I almost feel bad taking your money.  I want to give you your just rewards, but you won't let me.  (someone hand me a tissue!)

It gets hard to keep track of everyone's outstanding rewards.  I know most of you who are reading this probably can't imagine not claiming your reward recordings for 4 or 6 months, or get this - the record, 16 months straight and never asked for a single recording.  I wonder if they just intended to generously donate and never actually planned to listen?  Did they not get the detailed message I sent them that explained exactly how to access their Dropbox folder and how to contact me to claim their rewards?  Did they change their email address and never receive any Patreon notifications? Could I have done more as a Creator to service them?

Whatever the reason - I am calling out to you now, and begging you to come home and let me show you I still love you!  Maybe you don't know how to make a request, or you are so out of touch that you have no idea how to access the list of recordings, are confused about what to choose, just want a bit of hand-holding?  I'm here for you... I want to help you... I feel guilty and it's eating me up inside.  Let me reward you!

Now, as much as I hate to do this, I just can't keep accumulating all these empty folders on Dropbox.  So if you are still sitting on unclaimed rewards from 2017, I'm afraid that I'm going to have to wipe the slate clean.  You have until the end of May to get in touch with me if you still want to redeem those unclaimed rewards from last year.  And if I simply don't hear from you, then I'll take the hint and just mark you down as a "generous donator" and assume you're not interested in getting anything in return.

But I'm hoping that my plea doesn't fall on deaf ears (or dead ones) and that I'll wake up tomorrow to some messages from old Patrons who I haven't heard from in a long time (or maybe for the first time!)
