TinyRPG: An RPGmaker Project
Added 2019-01-07 16:09:04 +0000 UTCSo a while back i had started experimenting with RPGmaker VX Ace and came up with this idea for a game based on a story i had wanted to write for the longest time. After about a week or so of experimentation I came up with this Proof-of-concept game. Currently the majority of the starting town, and the entire first dungeon are complete, including a couple of cut-scenes, events, and a bunch of little Easter eggs that are mostly call outs to friends of mine that encouraged me to work on the project.
I've been heavily considering coming back to the project and devoting more time and resources into taking it beyond its current point, as i already had a bunch of bare-bones of the rest of the game laid out and just not activated yet. If people actually like what I've got here so far i might consider finishing the project. So please let me know what you all think and if you think its something you'd like to see more of!
I'll be releasing this updated version (I went back and fixed a few bugs and did a bit of fine tuning to some things i had ignored since i hadn't really been sharing it with people as anything more than a proof of concept.) For my patrons a week early as i do with stories.
And make sure to look around everywhere, there's several little Easter eggs, inside jokes, and general silly trashiness that i couldn't resist slipping in several places <3
