Rising Above Petty Crime
Added 2019-01-07 03:05:30 +0000 UTCSweet Jesus this story was a doozy. this is the longest story I've ever written, even longer than the Monster Hunter story. Skydon is a slave driver, haha. Though he clearly has a knack for getting me to pump shit out so I'm not gonna complain. This is my third commission for him, and it topped out at 15,678 words. God damn thing is a small novel in its own right.
Its the story of Tyson, a runt of a fox living as a thief as part of a larger gang of bandits, who finds himself accidentally stumbling into great power. and you know me that means hes about to get really god damn big.

You really have a talent for describing power dynamics and shifts in them too. Tyson's rise to power was such an intriguing journey from start to end. And while it must have been rough to write such a long story, the sheer amount of details and descriptive writing really helps it all come together.
