Domestic photo-set: The Bathroom
Added 2025-03-28 10:00:07 +0000 UTCOur second domestic photo-set sees a return to the bathroom where we shot our test for the idea of a domestic series. In this set we explored the compositional potential of the bathtub, partially inspired by Bonnard's interior paintings and partly by the narrative tension that Paula Rego introduces to her multi-figure compositions, infusing domestic settings with a feeling of disquiet and strangeness. As always, we intend these sets to be a starting point for your own creative responses, so feel free to re-compose, crop and reimagine the reference images in your own work.
