I've seen it time and time again in one way or another and experienced it myself too. You are so good at what you do, and I'm glad you're taking some time for yourself. It's so hard when the rug gets yanked out from beneath you, let alone when it happens again and again and again. For the time being you may have to reel in the adult aspect (even though you shouldn't have to, there's WAY more intense content that the platforms don't touch) and just allude more to it to bring people to your Patreon. It sucks, but being able to access the potential paying customer base on the free platforms is such a huge part of building a client base/paying community, that we're basically at their mercy and whim. I think taking some time off and having the opportunity to establish a different structure and layout of what to include in non-Petreon content and what that will actually sound like is a wise idea. I hope your friend has a comfortable recovery and I hope this time off brings you the rest, clarity and replenishment you deserve 💚 Also, Happy early Birthday 💚
