Covid relief project

Things are gonna change a little around here.
Firstly Im very thankful for John Macintosh for pledging the covid relief tier.
Im changing my prioties towards my biggest commissioner yet.
RE4 Alternative will be postponed from today onwards until I finish with
the set.
1.There will be no more project votes for the time being
2. Request will go on as usual
3.no changes are made to the 2nd Tier.
