Time to get back to work.

Turns out it was just a severe allergy that caused my nose congestion ^^;
I was so,so relieved... Couldn't imagine the cost of of the stay in a Private hospital..
I took some pills and feeling a lot better and one good nights rest I should be back to normal. Oh and I must apologize for the exaggeration this morning if it worried anyone ^^;
