It continues the Party Pack from Halloween. Slumber party games are transformed into THAT kind of party game, through cumalchemical magic.
You’ll notice that the game is NOT called Bloody Mary. It’s the same game you might have encountered, with the mirror in the darkened room. It’s renamed, and that’s explained in here. I want to avoid weirdness for listeners named Mary. I also want to create a tie to the ongoing podcast series.
For history nerds, there’s some speculation on why that game’s called “Bloody Mary.” SOME of the speculation is dark and vampiric. There’s no need to exhume all of that, but rest assured – there’s always a story behind the story.
