March voted + Feb reward + ranting

Regarding Feb's reward, it will be given out no later than 15th. I am sorry for the late-ness again. I have been sick with stress issues. It makes my work slower, and that make me stress even more aaaaaa!!!! ^ ^;
Now I am trying to change my view on many things, i hope good change will come.
