Meet the New Mascots!

Hey all! I just wanted to share some updates regarding Snowy's Maps with you - first off, the new tier art! I wanted to thank Strogg once again for the wonderful art - it's deeply appreciated. :D

Expanded Snowy's Maps Lore

I know some of you are aware, but the name "Snowy" came from a pet rat i had as a child/teen and absolutely adored. She was my best friend throughout the two short years I had her, and now she lives on through my online nickname, as well as the lil mascot who heads Snowy's Maps. People also often mistake her as a mouse ...but no, she's a rat xD

Well, she actually had two sisters - Sparkle and Poppy. And I thought, why not add them to the tiers, since there were three of them and three tiers! :D

Additional News

Unfortunately, I am going to have to delay the release on the 20th by a bit. As some of you might know, my main job is my PhD, which is currently leading to a lot of time being eaten up by a massive report I am currently writing, due in very soon. As such, I've not really had a good opportunity to work on this month's release. I have gotten as far as sketching it out, but I still need to make it.

It's very sketchy (for lack of a better term), but the general idea is a LOT of rubble, collapsed building, and a huge broken magical orb (for those familiar with the DnD universe - a Mythallar). The way I want to portray this is that part of the city has fallen on top of a forest and has led to a highly-magical and highly-unstable area, including rifts in space time!

Regarding the kinda vibe I am going for, I once again turn to WoW screenshots.

I think that this will be very cool once it comes together but I just need a bit more time! I hope you understand. :D
