Ideas Time - Quest (Oneshot) Edition!
Added 2024-12-12 20:00:08 +0000 UTCLet's have a bit of fun! When the slot-in sessions first started coming out, I got a VERY interesting comment regarding making quest suggestions (see below!).
"Will we be able to suggest things to be worked on in the new quest thing as it stands? (Similar to how we have been able to suggest maps)"
Well, let's try it! Feel free in the comments below to suggest a quest in as little or as much detail as you like, and we will try to make a oneshot out of it.
We will likely prioritise suggestions that link in a map I've released on this Patreon. All masterposts should now have links to the original announcement posts, so feel free to use that to navigate the Patreon.
I also can't promise that we will get to work on it immediately - for the next month's release, or how often I will make these sort of posts - think if it as a lil trial!

A mad mage is trying to summon a lightning demon to decimate a town and its surrounding area. The party finds out eventually that the summoning is occurring on an airship in the clouds high above the town. They have to find a way to get to the airship or bring it down and stop the ritual before the lightning demon is unleashed on the world. the final boss could be the demon if they fail, or the mad mage (who possibly transforms into something).

Maybe it’s a gathering of mayors from surrounding towns and settlements or rival noble houses. Each room could be it’s own encounter; card game, sit down dinner, secret meetings. Lots of ways it could go wrong or right for the players. Possible rival factions summoning some evil s*** in the basement and/or a poisoning attempt in the kitchen’s, etc?
