[Public] December 2023 Update + Map Sneak Peek

Hey everyone, just wanted to provide a quick December update with what's going on, and what I've been up to!

December Schedule

We have A LOT of maps coming to Patreon this month....and do I mean a lot! I can confirm that there will be some sort of release every 5 days - so here is the current schedule (might need to be updated).

December 5th -> Mansion Maps, a 2 story 60x40 mansion with an epic boss room, something I completed as part of a commission a couple of weeks back! Will come with day/night versions for free and then Patrons will get them watermark free + Foundry stuff.

December 10th -> Mourning Mansion maps - these were made to compliment the adventure made by Roll.spark on Kickstarter. All 15 maps will come to Patreon members ONLY. :)

December 15th -> Curse of the Werebeaver oneshot - a oneshot that I ran as part of an introduction to my campaign but will also be playable to others.

December 20th -> Mystery Pack Part 1 - depends on what Patrons vote on.

December 26th -> Mystery Collab - looking to release around the mid-end of December, comes with another 3-4 maps. One was a Patreon release adapted for one of the adventures. 

December 30th -> Mystery Pack Part 2 - the second half of a pack - depending on what Patreon members vote on.

December 2023 Poll

This month I had the weird idea of merging the polls to create one BIG release but split in half - I guess to celebrate the end of 2023. It's the first time I have tried something like this so would love to know your opinions on it!

Kickstarter Update

Most of the content for this is nearly finished so should be going out to backers around the middle of December. Not really too much to update here! However, the next KS I do will be a lot smaller and simpler...and probably not until at least February 2024.

Discord Server

Over the past week or so, I have been inviting small TTRPG creators to the Snowy's Maps Discord Server, where we have dedicated space for creators, Snowy's Maps (sneak peeks and updates), and general TTRPG folk. Reflection and Turning To 2024

In just one year, this Patreon has grown massively...from just 1 member (Jan, I am looking at you!) to 25 paid members and a community of over 160 by now. I just wanted to thank you all for the support and love so far, and here's to an amazing 2024.

As for what I am doing? I've got some ideas, but I want some opinions first from my community. However, I know one thing. I want to help smaller creators get their work out there, so there will be more collabs - big and small. In my first 6-9 months I felt so isolated from other creators until BirdieMaps and Skront came along, my first creator friends. And now I want to share the kindness and pay it forward!
