Twine update

I’m using Tweego in VS Code and it’s infinitely better than either the Twine or the QSP UI. Super easy to set up time tracking and an NPC constructor.
pretty bare bones still, but this is more progress than I expected to make in just two days.

I’ll might add a GitHub for the files if there’s any community interest in seeing the decompiled items.
