ピクシブアカウント停止・My pixiv account got suspended

具体的にどのポストが問題なのかわかりません。
サポートをコンタクトしましたが、
アカウント停止のカテゴリーすらなかったんです。
絶望的です。
一体どうすればいいかわかる人いましたら教えてください。
My pixiv account received an automatic suspension after "multiple users reported me for inappropriate works and other violations".
I didn't get told anything concrete about which of my works were inappropiate.
I sent an inquiry through their support system, but there isn't even a category for account suspension / recovering accounts.
I feel helpless.
Please let me know if you have any idea as to what I should do.
ps. I feel like I understand the hardships of youtubers better now ;(
