Wow, another one has gone by, and what an eventful year this was!
I don't have words to describe how wonderul it is to have made it here again, with you all!
We finished book 1 of No North in 2024, and we're heading straight into Book 2, hopefully to start in the first semester of 2025!!
Thank you all a thousand times for your incredible support throughout 2024, I absolutely cannot thank you all enough! Every single word of love, every comment, every single time you guys engaged with the story and characters - that is the fuel to everything I do! You keep me going in every possible way, and thanks to all of you I'm also able to have my incredible team, Kryatlicious and Well Rosa by my side on No North!

Ever since I discovered No North at the very end of 2021, Iโve been hooked! This series seems to have been made for me. Itโs about adventure, the Wild West, and of course, dogs! It has been an honor to join your Patreon and watch with you as you finished Book 1! I felt like I was almost part of the project. I cannot wait to make more memories with this community in 2025, and I wish you the most incredible luck while writing Book 2!!!! ๐๐

Everybody here looks amazing! Having Shane make a cameo appearance in No North this past year was also such a tremendous privilege, and I still can't thank you enough for that! 2025-01-02 04:06:59 +0000 UTCAhh Happy 2025! That art of everyone looks amazing! Those backgrounds are beautiful, the color is just chefโs kiss, each environment is gorgeous! And everyoneโs characters look so good, their expressions are done so well! Your work has impacted so many people; not just the No North comic, but I love seeing your ideas for animatics and the concept art thatโs behind the scenes of all your work! Beyond The Woods was a spectacular story, and the way it was told with color and emotion rather than words was incredible. For one thing, you introduced me to my favorite band, Lord Huron. Ever since I listened to that song you put in the description of one of your works of art, Ghost On The Shore, my life was changed. Not just the beauty of that song, but ever since then, as I have discovered the world of Lord Huron, it echoed all of the lives not lived, stories not told, songs not sung, times lost and forgotten, what is out there- and how beautifully it is woven into your stories and art. I have gone to a Lord Huron concert at Red Rocks, know all of their songs by heart (even the unreleased ones, ha!) and actually met the band, which was one of the greatest honors of my life, and itโs all thanks to you. And their songs have helped me get through days and was like my life and thoughts in song, and yet more than that, entire worlds lost and forgotten, so many stories that we cannot comprehend just now being told, and much, much more. I wish I could talk about all that Lord Huron means to me, but thatโd take waaayy too much time, haha! The world of No North means so very much to me, and it never fails to amaze me in its breathtaking art, story, characters, you name it. No North is all of the stories not told, all of the lives not lived, what couldโve been, and the unknown not explored. It feels like it was meant for me to find. Nothing can compare to the excitement of seeing that notification of a new page or post! As the chaos and uncertainty of things may grow day by day, itโs nice to know that we always have this wonderful world and community to come back to. I know I say this a lot, but I really mean it. It is just the biggest honor to be able to be on this journey with you all. To be able to witness the making of this story, and of many others, too! I am so happy to be able to experience another year with you all! Your stories and artwork have changed my life, I cannot thank you enough! Never forget that you bring things to this world that no one else can. Hereโs to another year of No North, and all the adventures left to be discovered! Happy New Year, Skai!
