Here's a little sketch dump with a few drawings for you guys! Lots of fluff as well, hehe!
I'm also introducing a new character here that you'll see more from soon: Rakia, the peregrine falcon! She's Faye's friend and will be introduced in the next book!

AAA I'M SCREAMING-- STEBAN & DELILAH SKETCHES!! 😭😭 The sketches with the two of them are SO CUTE!! I love them so much!! They're both so cute UGHHFHFHB I LOVE THEM!! 🥺💕 Faye looks very majestic in this sketch! And Rakia is pretty interesting too, I'm interested to see how the two of them work together! 👀 The Devil looks intimidating, as always! I always love her intimidating expressions! ✨ I wonder who the character in the middle is 🤔 Hope we get to see more of them soon! Awesome sketches Skailla! I love them all! 💖✨

I hope they end up together, Baltazar’s kinda a jerk and is getting me so annoyed right now.😅 I showed my sis this and she saw Rakia and said “who is this diva?” Lol. Btw RAKIA LOOKS ADORABLE I CANT WAIT TO KNOW HER.

I love the sketches with Steban and Delilah; I just love their dynamic- Steban is an adventurer at heart and is in love with the unknown, playful danger, and exploring the wilderness, getting way out there. Meanwhile, all Delilah wants is “to get out of the garden and explore the great unknown”. She doesn’t want to live like this anymore, wants to get out there on her own terms and adventure and explore the wilderness for herself. I’m sure Steban would be more than happy to take Delilah out there and show her the wilderness- Steban knows her desire to run free, and poor Delilah’s spent too much time caged up (in fact, I imagine Steban going to Baltazar and telling him that Delilah needs to get out, that he’s been keeping her here and she deserves to go like in Lord Huron’s The Problem With Your Daughter) -someone that won’t tie her down but be her friend, and I believe that is exactly what she wants- of course, the only problem would be Steban’s recklessness and tendency to run away from his problems instead of face them. But in the right circumstances, I believe they would be great, and they’re already so cute together! They could be exactly what each other needs. I’m also really excited to see them dance (if they do). Dancing has a particularly special place in my heart (mainly waltzing) as you have to put trust in the other partner for it to all work; both Stebs and Deli have had trouble with trusting others, so I think a dancing scene would be beautiful. If you do put it in the book (s), I can’t wait to see what you do with it! I hope we get to explore more of their relationship in the next book. I also love the concept of Ralkia and Faye- two trackers who could work together while also being very close friends- I love it. They look like they’re ready to take on the world. I can’t wait to see more of their dynamic, plus highlight some of the other animals like you did with Curtis, and make them a part of your story. You always come up with such brilliant ideas! I can’t wait to see the future of No North!
