We open with a double page, where there seems to be something going on in the desolated lands of the Lonesome Deserts. Where could these coyotes be heading?
I have the pleasure to be working with Tatii Lange as my background artist. We collabed on this one and she quickly picked up the style and expressive colours. I love how it turned out!

I love the atmosphere of this. I know this is a comic but I can imagine it so well as the opening shot of a movie. Like the title card would be up in the sky and then it slowly fades away and we see the coyotes running from one side of the screen to the other
