Here's something I did while taking a break from drawing No North.
I couldn't resist painting this after something truly amazing happened a few days ago. I was out on a night ride with my bro, Kryat, when an actual maned wolf jumped in front of the car and disappeared back into the night. They're an endangered species here in Brazil, so I was absolutely stunned by this.
They run like deers because of their huge legs, kind of clumsy and graceful at the same time.

They're my absolute favorite South American animal and I feel so lucky to have seen one out there.

I was watching a video about Maned Wolves yesterday. I came to find out that they don't bark, but they roar! :O

2021-01-26 19:32:40 +0000 UTCI love Maned Wolves! Unfortunately, I live in Southern California so I only see squirrels, birds, and the occasional tiny lizard. :) They do have mountain lions, though. Just never seen one.

2021-01-26 14:12:07 +0000 UTCAAAAA I LOVE!! When i got the notification “long legged fox” I immediately thought “please be a maned wold, please be a maned wolf” and it was!! Foxes are my favorite animals and i have recently begun loving this species as well :D
