[Patch] Affexon v0.2c (Celestial ++)

Changelogs:

1) Added quick menu toggle in preferences (Default: Disabled)
2) Added performance mode toggle in preferences for low end devices (Default: Quality Mode)
3) Image Cache memory changed to 128mb.
4) Optimized and tweaked the code a little bit.

Known Issues:

Alerts are now converted from frame by frame animation to videos and two alerts videos at the same time will cause blinking black display during a run. So avoid going too fast and play the game at normal pace. This issue is only in performance mode.

Developer Notes:

Try to run the game in "Quality mode" first. Since the game code is optimized a little bit, It may run in low end devices, If not Enable "Performance mode" in settings. If the game worked fine for you previously then you can skip this patch.
