The carryover from finishing that last chunk of Boob Camp, then getting hit with a surprise case of pretty bad food poisoning took just over 2 weeks from the month. I'm actually still recovering, the badstuff is all cleared and now the fatigue and brain fog are all that remain! Almost there!
This first chunk of FLEX is still inbound, though, just getting as much extra in there as I can ^^

But oof, that's a serious bout of food poisoning! Glad to hear you got through it okay. Keep resting when you can. And I agree, glacier freeze is delicious!
